We are very excited to see that you decided to cash the check we recently sent you in the mail. Please watch the video tutorial above as it outlines a few important details on your next steps to take. If you prefer, those next steps are also listed below.
If you haven’t done so already, please login to your member portal by CLICKING HERE. From there, insert the login and password that was provided to you on your letter. If you no longer have your letter, then please email us on our Contact Page or call us at the toll-free number above.
In the member portal you’ll have two documents to review. The first is the Consent to Electronic Communication. You will need to sign this electronically in the portal (if you didn’t do so already via email) so we can send you important documents via electronic communication. The second document is the Optional Authorization for Automatic Payments. This document needs to be filled out if you wish to sign up for auto pay. The vast majority of our clients sign up as it’s an added convenience for them. You can save your checks, stamps and most importantly your time if you enroll in auto pay. You’ll also have peace of mind knowing your payment will always be sent and you’ll never incur any late fees.
